Hello & Welcome! My name is Shaleta and I am a licensed therapist, specializing in women's issues. Whether it’s planning a family, a career change, or simply changing daily habits to improve your overall life; change and unexpected challenges can be difficult to process. I can certainly attest that life has its unexpected curveballs.
I have years of experience working with youth, adults and families during times of heightened crisis and uncertainty. Specializing in stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma .
I went to Stony Brook University for my Masters in Social Work and my Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. I have done two post graduate certification programs. One in substance use and another in trauma informed care.
I believe that it is important for every client to understand their story deeper and what their values, beliefs, and core language is like and how impacts there well-being. I believe in the mind-body connection.
Hi there...
My name is Eric. I have many years of experience working and collaborating with individuals, couples, and families navigating a wide range of life stressors, diagnoses, and challenges. I’m driven to help people make sense of what they’re feeling and find better ways to cope when those thoughts and emotions start to take a toll on everyday life.
I’m naturally supportive and tend to work alongside you as a team, focusing on what actually helps improve your day-to-day quality of life in a way that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
Hi, I’m Dr. Nicole Nocera, a licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD) with 10 years of clinical training, education, and experience. My holistic approach to therapy focuses on restoring balance in both mind and body. I specialize in supporting adults with depression, anxiety, OCD, work stress/burnout, relationship stress, substance misuse, and neurodiverse brain styles.
I have spent a majority of my training working across the lifespan from childhood to adulthood, and within family systems. I am trained in helping clients with stress and anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, and depression. Some of the individuals that I work with are in recovery from eating and substance-related disorders. My clients often face school and work avoidance and may find it difficult to do things they once enjoyed.
While my full-time work is as a middle school assistant principal, I have maintained a private practice for the last five years due to my love of working with clients on an individual level. I work with clients from pre-teen to adults with a focus on anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and LGBTQ issues. I also have worked with families to help them navigate the special education world within school systems.
