Hi there! I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and understanding. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while developing practical tools for growth. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness, and person-centered therapy. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply looking to deepen your self-awareness, I’m here to support you in moving toward healing and balance.
I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have specific specialties in ADHD and grief work. I also hold a Level 1 CrossFit certification, which informs my holistic approach to mental health. I am especially interested in the connection between physical and emotional well-being and how movement, routine, and mindset can support lasting change.
When I’m not in session, you can usually find me trying out new recipes or restaurants, at the CrossFit gym lifting heavy things on purpose, or keeping up with the chaos and companionship of my two very active dogs.
Hi, I’m MaKenna. I’m a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families.
I’ve worked across a range of settings—including schools, community mental health, and family systems—which has shaped my ability to understand people not just as individuals, but in the context of their relationships, environments, and life experiences.
I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, trauma, family stress, and life transitions. I also have a passion for supporting parents, caregivers, and individuals in high-responsibility roles, including first responders, healthcare professionals, and other high achieving professionals.
My work integrates evidence-based practices with nature-based and experiential approaches. I believe healing and growth happen best in environments where you feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported- and that’s what I strive to create in every session.
Healing Across the Lifespan: A Partnership in Mental Wellness
Choosing a mental health provider is a deeply personal decision. You aren’t just looking for a prescriber; you are looking for a witness to your story, an expert in the biological complexities of the brain, and a partner in your recovery.
My name is Jessica Stanley, and I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). My journey to this practice has been defined by a unique duality: the macro view of a healthcare executive and the micro focus of a dedicated clinician. Before opening the doors to this practice, I served as the Clinical Director for a large-scale healthcare organization. In that role, I was responsible for the oversight of complex systems, the mentorship of large clinical teams, and the implementation of evidence-based protocols across diverse populations.
While my time in leadership allowed me to impact mental health at a systemic level, my true passion has always remained in the quiet, transformative moments of the exam room. I have returned to full-time clinical practice to bring that high-level expertise back to where it matters most: the individual human experience.
Mental health does not exist in a vacuum, nor does it look the same at age seven as it does at seventy. I specialize in treating patients across the entire lifespan. Whether I am working with a child struggling to navigate their first years of school, an adolescent facing the pressures of identity formation, or an adult managing the heavy mantle of career and family, my approach remains the same: comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence based.
Areas of Specialization
I am trained to treat a broad spectrum of psychiatric conditions including:
ADHD & Neurodivergence
Anxiety Disorders
Depression
PTSD & Trauma Recovery
Hello, I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), currently licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Culturally sensitive, I am always eager to serve diversified backgrounds, ages and communities.
Throughout my experiences, I have worked with several diversified populations, which I take great pride in. These opportunities have allowed me to gain first hand experience in truly understanding the value in meeting others where they are. This has been one of the greatest lessons I've embraced as a Clinician.

I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and art therapist who works with people navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, emotional highs and lows, and complicated relationships with alcohol or drugs.
My background in art therapy means there is always another way in when words feel like too much. Creative approaches are optional, but available for those who want them.
Outside of the office, I crochet, travel, go to concerts, and practice flow arts. That curiosity and creativity carries into how I work with clients.
