Hi there, I'm a mental health therapist that works with you to help you reduce anxiety and depression.
Talking to someone about your problems may be scary but I know first hand that therapy can be a safe space to reflect and experience growth that overall improves your life. My name is Yessenia Moreno and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I obtained my Masters in Social Work from Barry University. I work with people who have experienced life changes, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, as well as relationship issues.
I have had over 9 years of experience in the Health Care field supporting clients with Medicaid and Medicare access quality care and advocating for their needs. I enjoy support adults reach their full potential and reach their personal goals
I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you-It’s about empowering you. Together, we will work to uncover your strengths, clarify your goals, and build skills that support meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you in this therapeutic process.
I look forward to connecting with you.
I have worked in community mental health the majority of my career. I have a warm and supportive style that allows clients to feel safe in therapy. I have treated depression, anxiety and PTSD , as well as worked with clients on parenting and relationship issues.
Hi! I'm Femina, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who blends compassion with clarity and practicality. I notice patterns in how people think, communicate, and relate to themselves and others, and I help clients understand how these patterns show up in their daily life. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be honest while also being gently challenged. Clients often tell me they appreciate how I help them build emotional resilience, communicate effectively, set boundaries, and make meaningful changes that last. My focus is not just on coping, but on growth that feels real and empowering.
I try to keep therapy real, practical, and focused on what actually helps. You don’t need to show up with the perfect words or a clear explanation of what’s going on—that’s something we’ll figure out together.
I’m someone who listens carefully but also isn’t afraid to be direct when it’s helpful. My goal is to create a space where you can be honest, think things through, and leave sessions with a little more clarity than you came in with.
Most of all, I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation. My role is to help you make sense of things and support you as you move toward the changes you want in your life.
