Hello, my name is Aracelys Cruz, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I completed my advanced training in psychiatric nursing at FNU/PMHNP-BC. I’m passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and helping them feel heard, respected, and empowered. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and other mental health concerns. I’m Jenna Striebel, MA, LMHC (Florida), LPC (Ohio), and ATR-P, with over a decade of compassionate, creative, and faith-integrated counseling for children, teens, and adults. I specialize in attachment, trauma healing, grief, addiction recovery, generational wounds, emotional regulation, and spiritual growth.
I hold a BA in Psychology & Visual Arts from the University of Dayton (2014) and an MA in Clinical Counseling & Art Therapy from Ursuline College (2017), plus certifications in HeartMath (2021) and Child-Centered Play Therapy (2023). Outside sessions, I love painting, hiking, reading, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering locally. I’m honored to serve as your steady lighthouse through life’s storms.
