I have found my own personal healing to be intimately connected to nature, and it is here that I believe that we can all begin to rediscover our intrinsic humanity and let go of those things that distract us from our higher selves. In my spare time, I work as an outdoor educator and manage my own private practice and guide Outdoor Retreats
I believe it is helpful and important to translate what is discussed in session and in telehealth meetings into lived experience and real change.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Resiliency Coach with over 19 years of experience helping clients navigate trauma, stress, and life transitions with clarity and confidence. My approach is direct, compassionate, and rooted in real-life experience—I believe in giving you practical tools, not just talk. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for change, I’m here to help you move forward with resilience and purpose.
Many of the solutions we seek are already inside of us. They can be hard to find, but it is possible. Using talk therapy and emotional regulation skills, we’ll work together to identify goals and practices that fit with the life you’re eager to live. I will provide compassionate, steady support as you navigate anxiety, depression, family or relationship challenges, recovery from addiction, and the impacts of ADHD.
I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and always consider cultural and social context. I also collaborate with other therapists to offer educational and support groups several times a year. Using a combination of physical, emotional, and cognitive tools, we’ll work to improve daily functioning, strengthen coping skills, and increase the joy and ease in your life.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling from Regis University, and I work with adults across a variety of life stages and transitions.
I'm Kim Roberts, LCSW. I graduated with my master's degree in social work from the University of Northern Iowa in 2010. I live in Estes Park, CO which allows me to fully indulge myself in the outdoors, hiking, sledding, biking, walking/jogging. I have a new rescue puppy named Salli Sue who is a great emotional support for me. I have two grown sons who I enjoy spending time with. I have a passion for working with people of all ages. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
My aim is to support people to live a present, engaged and fulfilled life. My clients feel stressed out to the point of feeling collapse; unworthy of love, overwhelmed and unheard. Many have PTSD from abuse /neglect as a child, impacts of generational/cultural/religious patterns, or traumatic events. My clients symptoms show up as anxiety, changes in mood, inability to regulate and/or navigate life. unresolved trauma, fear, depression, anger, grief, physical pain and chronic health issues.
You might be here because something feels off—self-doubt, feeling unseen, or a sense you’re capable of more but can’t reach it. Many people I work with struggle to see their strengths or believe they’re worthy of care and connection. Therapy can be a place to slow down and explore who you are!
I’m Bridget Rowe, a Denver-based therapist who believes you are the expert on your own life. I came to this work through education and social work, drawn to people’s stories & honoring how unique each person is. My style is warm and collaborative. Together, we’ll ask thoughtful questions, weigh options, and build confidence in choices that fit!
