You might be here because something feels off—self-doubt, feeling unseen, or a sense you’re capable of more but can’t reach it. Many people I work with struggle to see their strengths or believe they’re worthy of care and connection. Therapy can be a place to slow down and explore who you are!
I’m Bridget Rowe, a Denver-based therapist who believes you are the expert on your own life. I came to this work through education and social work, drawn to people’s stories & honoring how unique each person is. My style is warm and collaborative. Together, we’ll ask thoughtful questions, weigh options, and build confidence in choices that fit!
Most of us haven’t made it through life without a few bruises. Sometimes we lose touch with ourselves along the way, shaped by what we’ve been through and the weight of those experiences.
That doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you. It means you adapted. Sometimes beautifully. Sometimes painfully. Often both.
Therapy is a space to slow down, get curious, and gently begin untangling what you’ve been carrying. Together, we can explore your story with compassion, reconnect with who you are beneath old patterns, and move toward a way of living that feels more aligned, grounded, and authentic.
I’m a licensed mental health therapist who works with adults ages 18 and older, and I believe therapy should feel empowering, collaborative, and genuinely supportive. My approach is warm, open-minded, and nonjudgmental. I want you to feel safe being your full self in session, and I aim to meet you where you are while helping you grow in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Purdue University and my Master’s degree in Social Work from IUPUI, with a focus on addiction and mental health. My professional background includes two years in an outpatient mental health setting and one year working in residential treatment for substance use disorders. These experiences have shaped my understanding of how complex mental health and substance use can be—and how important it is to treat the whole person, not just symptoms.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, addiction, emotional regulation difficulties, and life transitions. I enjoy helping clients explore patterns, build coping skills, and reconnect with their strengths. My style is collaborative and flexible, and I like to be creative in sessions when it’s helpful—whether that’s through reflective exercises, visual tools, or thinking outside the box to help things “click.”
I’m a licensed therapist with master’s degrees in both Philosophy and Clinical Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver. My work is guided by values of openness, empathy, and curiosity, and I see therapy as a collaborative space for growth and self-discovery. I strive to create an environment where clients feel genuinely seen, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I work with adults and adolescents navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, thought disorders, and life transitions, helping them build resilience and a deeper sense of fulfillment.
