My approach is to respectfully meet you where you are in your current struggles. I take the time to fully understand what you’re going through so we can work together to identify what’s most important and create clear, meaningful next steps. Together, we’ll focus on practical, measurable progress that helps you move forward in a way that feels right for you.
I’m Christina Reyes, LPC, and I provide a warm, collaborative, and evidence-based approach to therapy. I specialize in:
Feeling stuck in anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges? Struggling with mood swings, emotional regulation, or past trauma? I help teens and adults build coping strategies, emotional clarity, and healthier connections with themselves and others.
Sometimes it’s not one thing that brings you to therapy, but a pattern you’ve been living with for a long time. You may notice yourself repeating the same behaviors, getting pulled into the same types of relationships, or feeling like parts of your past still have more influence than you’d like. I work with individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, or simply a sense that something isn’t working, even if you can’t fully explain why. Therapy can be a place to look more closely at those patterns and begin to shift them.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation. I provide culturally sensitive care in English, Spanish, and Russian and strive to create a safe, respectful, and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood.
You know how to get things done. You keep it together. You’ve built a solid life. But in your relationship... something’s off. The spark is dimming. Conversations turn into arguments—or silence. You find yourself shutting down, getting reactive, or pulling away. You don’t feel understood. And honestly, you're not sure how to talk about what’s really going on. You care deeply, but connection feels just out of reach. You’re tired of repeating the same fights. Tired of holding it all in. And in your quiet moments, a truth starts to surface: this isn’t how I want to love—or be loved.
As we work together, something new will begin to emerge. You will learn skills to communicate more clearly and to show up for your partner the way you want. You’ll also learn tools to manage your stress and keep yourself emotionally steady. You will begin to understand how you work and how your partner works - and have the tools to do something about it.
If you’re ready to create the life and relationship you want, let’s talk. We start with a 20 min phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. If we both like the fit, we will set up our first therapy session and begin our work together. Give me a call today to get started.
Therapy isn’t what it used to be. It doesn’t have to be stuffy or scary. I want you to feel comfortable, safe, and enjoy the process! This is your journey, your time, and your money, so I want to make sure the experience is tailored to you and your needs.
I place equal importance on evidence-based practices and having an excellent therapeutic relationship with my clients. My genuine, caring approach aids in the efficacy of the science-backed treatments used in trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and borderline personality disorder. I also treat male and female victims of sexual assault.
After listening to you and hearing your story, we design a treatment plan together. I have various approaches and will share with you which treatments will best help you meet your treatment goals, and we’ll determine a direction together. For some clients, an approach with homework keeps them engaged. Others prefer eye movement therapy because trauma is processed quickly, and you don't have to find the right words. Still, others want an inviting and comfortable place to process their feelings in a nonjudgmental environment.
I believe that my clients have wisdom within themselves. Effective therapy avoids advice-giving; it walks beside the client on their journey, allowing them to come to their truth and not the therapist’s truth.
