

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University (2012). For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients as they navigate life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. My areas of expertise include women’s issues, such as pregnancy loss, infertility, and traumatic births, as well as grief, anxiety, and depression. Population served: adults & adolescents age 13 and up.
I come from a systems and person-centered background, with a masters degree in Social Work. I am fully credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and use a relational approach to meet my clients where they are at.
I hold a Master of Arts degree in professional counseling from Amberton University and I've also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of New Orleans. I am licensed by the state of Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor and over fifteen years of knowledge treating individuals with mental health challenges.
As a resident of New Orleans, I endured the tragedy of Hurricane Katrina and understand how it is to feel hopeless and experience loss.

I especially enjoy working with women and couples, creating a safe and supportive space for growth. I’m trained in EMDR for trauma, PREPARE/ENRICH for couples, and Internal Family Systems. I’m also expanding my skills with training in Narcissistic Abuse Treatment.

Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist offering therapy to individuals and couples. I received my Masters in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University Los Angeles with an emphasis in Spiritual and Depth Psychology. I traveled to Japan to study Mindfulness from a Zen buddhism lens. I have worked with a variety of individuals ranging from toddlers to older adults, which has allowed me to develop a versatile process that helps the client wherever they may be on their life path.
