Hi! I'm Amanda, LPC in Pennsylvania. I started my journey as a school counselor at a high school for 13 years and then transitioned into an outpatient facility. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate their lives. I love learning about and connecting with others. I help support individuals with adjusting to new situations, set boundaries, feel empowered, manage the demands of life, learn better coping and implement self-care. I was a DII College Athlete so I really enjoy getting to connect with other past or present athletes. I have over 19 years experience helping others with anxiety, depression, ADHD, Bi-polar, relationship issues, or just feeling overwhelmed and stressed.
I work with adolescents and adults who want more than just healing and coping-I help folks connect the dots for how to live a more successful and joyful life. About half of my practice is focused on performance psychology, while the other half focuses on overcoming depression, trauma, and anxiety. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, driven, and curious. They're not only looking to feel better-they want to know why they feel the way they do. As I often say: descriptions can validate, but explanations heal. Together, we connect the dots between your experiences, patterns, and goals in order to thrive.
I am a licensed professional counselor with a masters degree in in mental health counseling of which I received from Seton Hall University. I have experience working with with individuals in a variety of populations: young adolescents, young adults, elderly individuals, and those of marginalized communities. I have worked with many individuals who have had concerns of depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, family issues, relationship concerns, identity issues, career and phase of life concerns.
Hi! I have been in the therapy field for over 18 years, working with individuals and families in both outpatient, group, and residential settings. After a few unsatisfying careers and emotional stagnation in relationships, I recognized I needed to do some significant work on myself. I pursued therapy for myself which led me to appreciate the capacity and curiosity to want to help others.
Hi, I'm Sarah!
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe we hold the keys to unlock doors that block our goals, our dreams, our feelings. Mental health is more than a cluster of symptoms, in fact, that is the lesser piece ofwhat this means to our lives. I have had the pleasure of helping others dismantle obstacles blocking them from who they are meant to be. I believe we all possess inner strength that we may not fully know is there. I would love to be a part of your healing journey. I have experience in mood and anxiety disorders, addiction counseling, and women's issues.
I look forward to meeting with you to help you to identify and understand your problems. I will guide you through healthy coping, self-care, and improved relationships.

At my core, I am a humanist, existentialist, and a proponent of unconditional self-compassion. Other therapeutic areas of strength would be trauma, personality disorders, gender and sexuality, parenting, relationships, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder and ADHD.
