I like to take a grounded approach that helps clients feel safe and supported while fostering individual growth. I'm committed to joining with you on facing your greatest challenges as we work on learning new methods for coping and sailing smoothly through stress. My hope is that through our work together you're able to reconnect with yourself and find your way to a more authentic, fulfilling life.
Welcome to my practice. I’m a Master of Social Work clinician with a degree from Walla Walla University (2016), and I’ve been providing mental health counseling ever since. My work has primarily focused on supporting adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress related to major life changes. I entered this field to meet people where they are emotionally and to support them in reaching their personal goals.
Welcome! I am so thankful that you have come across my profile in your search for change! My name is Jarrett and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor.
There are many descriptors that I may use to describe my therapy practice, but I feel that the three words that seem to best summarize are: eclectic, empathetic, and empowering. I earned my Master of Science in Community and Trauma Counseling from Thomas Jefferson University and additionally have a Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I work alongside clients to encourage vulnerability and build resiliency. I hold a double master's degree in social work and human sexuality, a trauma certificate, and Beck CBT certification. I work with individual adults and within relationships, using a healthy dose of humor and sensitivity.
Welcome! Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and truly understood. Every person who walks into therapy is different, and I honor that. I work with teens, adults, and older adults navigating life’s challenges—whether it’s managing anxiety, coping with change, building confidence, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again. Some of my clients are high performers or athletes; others are just trying to manage daily stress, relationships, or emotional overwhelm. No matter your story, I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs—drawing from approaches like CBT and strengths-based strategies.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 19 years of experience, I provide culturally sensitive care to those navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
I am an LCSW who provides therapy to adolescents and adults. I focus on issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD/ADD, interpersonal relationships, time management, emotional regulation, and life transitions. I love working with teenagers and adults who want to explore their own being and are willing to flex and grow as we journey through life's challenges.
I have been counseling since graduating from CALU in 2014. My clients have been in varied settings including groups, individual and couple. I use a trauma-informed approach and utilize evidence based practice.
