Hello! I'm Darcy and I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) for 14 years. I graduated from Framingham State University with a Master's of Arts in Counseling Psychology in 2005. I have worked with a variety of clients, including teens and adults. I work best with adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, and depression symptoms.
I grew up in Massachusetts, and have lived in rural towns as well as cities throughout New England. I am a compassionate therapist who listens to you without judgement. Helping adults who are struggling with life challenges is a priority for me and one that I value and uphold with a respect for each individual client. Thank you for considering me as your therapist.
They said to be strong, independent, keep it together and most importantly don’t show any weakness. Well...how is it going? Your inner thoughts SCREAMS “this is not what I thought my life would be like.”
You dream of the day when you’ll find peace, joy, fullfilment. As a wife and mom of 2 we all can agree that life is difficult and all we at times need a reminder of what is most important. I seek to empower and support all who are ready to take the journey of self-discovery.
We will work together to gain the skills and tools to find yourself again and take charge of your own happiness and well-being. I am here to help you through it all as you rediscover one of the most important people in your life, YOU!

Hi! I’m Brianna, a queer Licensed Mental Health Counselor from Massachusetts passionate about providing inclusive and accessible mental health care to people of all ages through a laid-back, affirming, and collaborative approach as well as an intersectional lense, recognizing how our identities, culture, and the world around us work together to impact our mental health.
I work with individuals who have experiences with complex trauma, anxiety + depression, obsessions/compulsions, neurodivergence, and those who who are part of various minority groups. I do this mainly through the therapeutic relationship which research shows to be the biggest predictor of therapeutic growth. This means I show up to each session as my authentic self, creating a space that feels human, non-judgmental, and safe enough for you to show up as your authentic self, too.
More specific modalities I pull from include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention. I don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach as everybody's experience is unique. I work hard to ensure things feel right for you, not everybody else.
Ultimately, my main goal is to provide the space for you to heal, and I do that best through bringing my authentic self into the therapeutic relationship to foster varying degrees of growth.
I am a licensed independent clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience as a psychotherapist and career counselor. I have worked with clients with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adjusting to college life and career challenges. I also have experience counseling clients with medical illnesses including Long Covid. My therapy style has been described as warm and engaging; I believe in creating a safe space with respect, compassion and open dialogue necessary to building trust.
