I am originally from Connecticut but have lived in Florida for over 24 years. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics with a minor in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University and my Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Connecticut.
My graduate school experience included working with clients dealing with schizophrenia in an in-patient hospital and working with Catholic Family Services, where I provided therapeutic services to clients ranging from adolescence to adulthood. Since then, I’ve worked in private practice using person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and some EMDR techniques.
I’m Sonté Pollock, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and proud Florida native with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I’m also a wife, mother of two adult children, and devoted “dog grandma.”My approach is compassionate, practical, and focused on solutions. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I work collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change. My goal is to help you actualize the life you desire for yourself — one grounded in self-awareness, emotional balance, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Hi, I’m Nikki! I’m a neurodivergent-affirming therapist licensed in South Carolina and Florida. I specialize in supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or stuck—especially those navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, and identity exploration.
My goal is to help you better understand yourself—how your mind works, how your emotions show up, and how your past experiences shape your present—so you can move through life in a way that actually fits you, not just what’s expected of you.
I work with women in their 20s and 30s who are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, or that overwhelming sense that life should feel more manageable by now. A lot of my clients have tried therapy before and felt like it wasn't clicking, like they were spinning their wheels. That's exactly the kind of stuck I help with.
Hi there! My name is Kayleigh, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida and Tennesee. I also have my PhD in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I have worked in private practice, in school settings, and at a non-profit facility. I have primarily provided therapy to adolescents and their families, but I also work with younger children and older adults providing individual, family, and couple therapy. I specialize in working with anxiety, identity issues, and stress management.
Hi, I’m Courtney. I want more for you than just getting through another week. I know reaching out can feel overwhelming, but you’ve already taken the first step. With a background in high-stress environments, I specialize in helping people find calm in the middle of their personal storms.
I have specific experience supporting parents of children with difficult behaviors, including those in biological, foster, or kinship roles.
I work from a Christian perspective, though faith is only integrated into our sessions if you choose.
I am a licensed mental health counselor who has been practicing for over 35 years. My master's degree is in Counseling Psychology and it has prepared me to work in the areas of grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I work with adults 18 years and older individually or with their families.
