Hi my name is Jules, and my journey in mental health has been marked by a profound commitment to assisting those grappling with substance use disorders and a spectrum of mental health challenges. This includes trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationship difficulties, addiction, emotional regulation, and life transitions. As a tele-health therapy practice, I can offer EMDR or talk therapy services to anyone residing in the state of Colorado.
