You might look like you're holding it all together on the outside, but inside feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. Maybe you're overthinking, struggling in relationships, or navigating a life transition that feels harder than expected.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in both outpatient therapy and hospital-based crisis work, including emergency department settings. I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, and life transitions, especially those who are used to being the “strong one” for others but are ready for space to slow down and feel supported.
My background includes working with a wide range of emotional and relational concerns, and I aim to create a space where you can step out of your day-to-day roles and focus on yourself in a way that feels grounded, supportive, and meaningful.

Hi, I'm Alex! I'm excited to get to know you. My friends describe me as a golden retriever, which is energy I think I also bring into therapy. I'm going to be by your side every step of the way.
Most of my work as a provider has been with children, teens, and their parents. However, I am skilled at connecting with a variety of people. The connection between you and I will be the most important factor in our work together - it will be my top priority to get to know you as your own person with your unique experiences, thoughts, and feelings.
My non-work time is spent adventuring with my kids, reading, & making bizarre Spotify playlists for any occasion.
I am super passionate about providing affirming care to neurodivergent people. I received my Masters Degree from the University of Northern Colorado and have been working with neurodivergent adolescents and adults for my entire career. I think therapy should feel relational, and I aim to provide a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. Every person is the expert in their life, and I love helping people see their strengths and challenging areas that clients feel stuck in.
I’m a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I know that reaching out for help isn’t always easy—so just by being here, you’ve already taken an important and courageous first step. Over the years, my work has increasingly centered around supporting young women and teens (ages 15–25) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or feeling overwhelmed by life transitions.
I help people heal from the past and learn to thrive in the present. Relational struggles, problems sleeping, focusing, or feeling stuck and overwhelmed; not to worry, I am here to help you. I love working with individuals and watching them learn ways to feel better overall and to live a life they always dreamed of living.
