I work with children, teens, young adults, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and everyday stress. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and understood—without judgment.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when relationships, emotions, or past experiences start to weigh heavily. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we’ll explore what’s been coming up for you, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful changes that support your overall well-being.
My goal is to help you feel more confident, connected, and equipped to handle whatever life brings next.
Hi there, I'm Molly. It takes courage to make changes in your life, and I'm here to support you on this journey. You are at a turning point, taking a step in a positive direction, and that’s something to be proud of. Often, when we find ourselves at the doorstep of a therapist, we know things need to change, but we might not know how to change them or where to start. My approach to therapy is a bit different. I like to focus on the totality of why you have come to therapy. We tend to seek out a therapist when something or someone has triggered us and shaken our foundation. The question is, what's the trigger? What's happening?
As a therapist and Army Veteran, I have a strong clinical background with supporting active duty service members, Veterans, and adults with life stressors to include stress, anxiety, anger, and overall "life stressors".
I am currently preparing for maternity leave beginning in May. If you think we would be a good fit I can either add you to my waitlist or set you up with one of the clinicians that works for me (who are very similar to me). You can check out more information on my website www.wildlyauthenticcounseling.com
Do you feel like you have lost your spark and vibrancy? Do you struggle with the expectations of who you should be, never feeling like you are enough? Do you numb your feelings and ignore your hearts desires for comfort, stability, acceptance, and normalcy? That used to be me too! With my own ADHD and Trauma, life has not always been easy. I want to help you overcome the things that are weighing you down and help you actualize your most authentic life.
Do you struggle with worry or stress? Do you sometimes lose sleep, become unfocused or distracted, or is being present and calm around other people challenging? Sometimes, after a period of struggle (like a loss, divorce, or extended work stress), we can forget what it was like to not struggle. To find that calm again, to reclaim who we used to be, can help us move forward.
I have 26 years of experience dealing with individuals, couples, families in therapy. We will work together to develop plans that are unique and right for you.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the therapist behind WholeSelf Synergetic Therapy. I bring a warm, grounded, and real presence into the room so you feel safe being yourself. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and nervous‐system based healing, using approaches like Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), somatic work, and attachment‐focused therapy. My style is direct but gentle, and I work at your pace. My goal is to help you reconnect with your whole self—mind, body, and emotions.
