I'm Sarah Kraft, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I provide therapy for adults and couples, many of whom are navigating anxiety, big emotions, life transitions, or burnout. Clients often come to me wanting to feel more grounded, understood, and connected to themselves. In our work together, you’ll find warmth, humor, honesty, and a steady sense of hope as we move toward meaningful change.
As a therapist and a mom, I bring both professional insight and real-life perspective to my work. I’m deeply committed to neurodiversity-affirming care and supporting all people in healing their nervous system from the impact of trauma and oppression. I believe each person holds an innate capacity to heal, grow, and move toward a life of joy and purpose. Grounded in my values as a social worker, I believe in the dignity and rights of all people. My background includes volunteering with youth experiencing homelessness, working with LGBTQIA+ communities, and advocating for disability rights—experiences that continue to shape my inclusive, compassionate approach.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience, who believes therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you can explore challenges, build insight, and create meaningful change. I work with teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and stress related to school/work or family life. I have extensive experience in integrated behavioral health and understand how mental health intersects with physical health, and daily stressors. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season or looking for deeper personal growth, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered.

Let's work together and help you find your direction. My counseling style is highly consultative and coaching-like. It is typically non-directive, as I believe each client pilot's their own ship, but when the situation warrants, there is plenty of idea sharing and strategizing as well.
I have been practicing for 21 years and work with clients of all ages and various backgrounds. I believe that with a strong therapeutic alliance, we can mutually come together and help you find a path forward that suits you.
