I’m a Dallas-based, full-time telehealth therapist in private practice, serving all of Texas.
The serious: I have spent about 9 years working with eating disorders, at every level of care. During 2 of those years, I also worked at a non-profit community center. I specialized mainly in working with first offenders, self-harm, family issues, gender identity, LGBTQ+/SOGI, and couples. I then spent a year in a Case Manager position, where I advocated with insurance companies to ensure that clients receiving eating disorder treatment in Texas were getting services authorized by their insurance plans.
The fun: I’m mom to 2 pretty bad-ass teenagers, a best friend to several gorgeous people, always ADHD, and an ever-learning partner. My friends, family, clients, and polycule are the most important things on the planet to me. Not directly related, but we love cats around these parts. Four things that always make me happy: good coffee, The Office, a good eyeshadow palette, and fresh hydrangeas
Hello. My name is Tivona Perry. I have been a mental health therapist for seven years.
I have worked as a crisis counselor for the Department of Mental Health crisis line and the Suicide Lifeline in addition to working in private practice.
Hello! I am a seasoned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, which means I can hold space for both parties in a session. I can remain calm and objective during times of high conflict and times of deep pain.
I work from the science of attachment and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am also educated in couples trauma, neurodivergent couples, executive and entrepreneurial couples, and infidelity repair.
Hello, my name is Cathryn McHenry and I am a trauma-informed marriage and family therapist. Knowing what you want and knowing how to get it, are two very different things, and some obstacles can seem impossible to conquer on your own. That's when having a trail guide is most valuable. After establishing a core foundation of trust and respect, we can scope out that landscape together and create a plan. When life becomes difficult to navigate, I’m here to walk with you.
I’m a bilingual therapist working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed by overthinking, internal pressure, difficulty managing stress, and the uncertainty of what comes next.
In our work together, I focus on helping you make sense of what’s happening internally and develop practical ways to respond to stress and emotions. I integrate cognitive, somatic, and neuroscience-informed approaches to support both emotional and nervous system regulation.
I believe therapy should feel human. It can be structured but still fit your individual needs. I offer a space where you can show up as you are, while also doing meaningful work that leads to real shifts in how you experience and respond to life.
Hello, I’m Ruby, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
No matter where you find yourself right now, you don’t have to walk this path alone. I’m here to offer a safe, supportive space where we can gently explore your experiences together. Along the way, we’ll uncover what healing and growth mean for you—even if that feels uncertain right now.
It is my belief that as people become more aware and accepting of themselves, they are more capable of finding a sense of peace and contentment in their lives. Some of my clients need only a few sessions to achieve these goals, others may require months or even years to put their puzzle pieces together. As a client, you are in complete control, and you may end your relationship with me at any point. I am actively licensed in the State of Texas as a LMFT; LPC; and LCDC.
What is your approach to therapy? For therapy to be most successful, it is important for you to take an active role. This means working on the things you and I talk about, both during and between sessions. Generally, the more you are willing to invest the greater the return. It is my intention to empower you in your growth process to the degree that you can face life’s challenges in the future without me. I do not believe in creating dependency or prolonging therapy if the therapeutic intervention does not seem to be helping.
What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?As a clinician, I have experience providing person-centered recovery plans; rehabilitation skills training; case management; and crisis intervention services, to individuals living with severe and persistent mental health concerns. I am qualified to offer a wide array of counseling services in the areas of Individual Family; Couples; and Chemical Dependency. Counseling services to address a wide range of mental health and relationship issues that impact a person’s emotional health and wellbeing.
Welcome! I’m happy you’re here. My name is Leah Webb and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I earned my Masters degree in Licensed Professional Counseling from Texas Christian University. My professional background includes working with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults in a psychiatric facility, hospital, and community agency. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and chronic illness.
I am passionate about working with individuals who are motivated to seek change in their lives, and I truly find joy in the work I am privileged to do in collaboration with my clients.
Looking for someone who will really listen? I believe everyone needs someone, and I strive to be that steady, supportive presence in therapy. Clients describe me as warm, open-minded, and easy to talk to. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable showing up just as you are.
