I work primarily with clients ages 8 through young adulthood, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, adjustment issues, and life transitions. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems approaches to create a collaborative, supportive, and goal-oriented environment. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy reading a good book, traveling, spending time with her friends and family, and binge-watching a good TV show.
