Welcome! My name's Samantha and I am an LPC providing virtual sessions in Pennsylvania. You’ve already taken the hardest step by being here. I believe therapy shouldn’t feel like a clinical interrogation, but a collaborative conversation. With a master's degree from Eastern Carolina University and more than 3 years of experience helping clients navigate anxiety, ADHD and trauma recovery, I provide a grounded, compassionate space where you can stop performing and start healing.
I have a long background in working with people who have interacted with the criminal justice system. This has given me first hand experience in witnessing how trauma, anger, depression, and anxiety negatively impacts not just the individual but also their families and partners. It has also given me the opportunity to educate people on themselves and seeing the gratifying process of change that happens as a result.
I’m a clinical social worker, kid-teen-young adult therapist, & human in a world that can be really hard. Our children are our future, and they all- no matter their behavior or experiences- deserve to be loved and supported. I work with kids with big behaviors, low self esteem, teens with anxiety/depression/self harm/chronic illness, and young adults just trying to figure it out. I believe that behaviors are a form of communication, that we are all inherently good, and that healing through relationships and connection is our most powerful tool. I'm here to keep it real, hold you accountable, and support you in making the changes you want to make.
As a licensed psychologist with over twenty years of experience, I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults across the developmental spectrum. I have experience working across a variety of settings including schools, private practice, and universities.
Clients should know that I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space while also being direct and goal-oriented. I understand that many individuals come to therapy during difficult or uncertain times, and my role is to help you gain clarity, stability, and direction.
I have extensive experience working with individuals managing complex life stressors, including legal involvement, trauma, and mental health challenges. I also have a strong background in working with clients who may need additional structure, support, or guidance in navigating systems and life transitions.
My approach is collaborative—I meet you where you are while also helping you move forward with practical tools and strategies. I value honesty, consistency, and building a therapeutic relationship that feels both safe and productive.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Pennsylvania, but residing in Florida since 2023. I have 10 years of experience working with individuals suffering from mental health and substance use disorders. I also specialize in trauma and offer a very warm, caring approach. If you’re feeling stuck in cycles that no longer serve you, know that you don't have to carry this alone. I offer a warm, nurturing space where your journey—mind, body, and spirit—is held with compassion. Instead of just focusing on the past, we’ll work together to find your inner resources and create small, tangible steps toward a life that feels lighter and more aligned with your values.
