Hey There! I'm Whitney, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey towards mental and emotional well-being. With of experience in the field, I bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to therapy.
Welcome to the first step to your healing journey!
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about coming home to yourself. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, more seen, and more aligned with who you really are, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
I am passionate about helping people find clarity, healing, and a deeper connection to themselves. I work with adults and older adults navigating challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions—and I offer a space where you don’t have to hold it all alone. I was drawn to this work because of my own journey. Growing up, I often found myself holding space for others—listening deeply, asking questions, and offering comfort. Over time, I realized that being present with people in their pain, and witnessing their growth, was not just something I cared about—it was something I was meant to do. That sense of purpose continues to guide me today.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals in both hospital and nonprofit settings. For the past 15 years, I have specialized in forensic work, helping individuals and families navigate the complex impacts of trauma. I am an author, and also serve as an adjunct college instructor, where I enjoy mentoring future social workers and contributing to the next generation of the profession. My clinical work focuses on adults experiencing trauma, academic and career support, life transitions, and those seeking to reconnect with their strength, voice, and ability to live authentically as their whole selves.
My name is Courtney Kadish-Smith and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked in both mental health and addiction throughout my career. I have a passion for therapy and at the end of the day I am aware this is not an easy thing to commit too. Exploring into ourselves and working to get better is something that takes courage. I applaud you for reaching out in the first place and now we can take the step together towards making your life better.
Hello, My name is Denise but I go by Dee Dee. Thank you for being here right now and choosing counseling for yourself! :)
Counseling and looking for a counselor is not an easy decision. (I offer 15 mins. consultation first). It is important for you decide what is best for you and I would love to talk about your needs for counseling first! :D
Counseling and/or Therapy encourages others while seeing the positives when at times it's hard to see that in yourself. You are worth this investment in yourself and a path through pain. I believe counseling is imperative to find the solutions to some of your emotional and body's struggles. I would love the chance to help you walk through the struggles in your life and help you find hope.
I specialize in using brain, heart, and body and how to integrate all three. Wellness is so important to mental health, too.
I hope that I can help you not only find health but healing. I work with all people individually except couple/marriage counseling.
In the end, when we are broken, we all need someone to help us along the way. :) Most of us, including me, found that and we are just passing it forward.
Hi my name is Anita. I’m very lucky in the sense that I’m doing my dream job. I’ve been practicing as a licensed mental health counselor for 8+ years. Working in the mental health field for 15+ years. My passion is helping people improve their mental health.
Hi, I’m Christina. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps teens, families, and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, and life’s high-stress seasons. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported — a place where you don’t have to hold it all together or figure things out alone.
In addition to private practice, I work in community crisis response, supporting individuals and families during difficult or overwhelming situations. This experience helps me stay calm, practical, and focused on what truly helps when life feels heavy.
