I have been a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2012 and have worked in various settings such as outpatient clinic, inpatient hospital, emergency room and private practice.

Embarking on our therapeutic journey together, I want to affirm a fundamental truth: "You are the expert of your life." This statement serves as a cornerstone. Your voice deserves to be heard, your story deserves to be understood, and your emotions deserve to be validated. Whether you're grappling with the daily demands of life, processing past traumas, or feeling overwhelmed by it all, my aim is to create a nurturing environment where you feel empowered to face your challenges head-on.
I grew up in a family deeply rooted in the human services field—both of my parents dedicated their careers to helping others. Their compassion and commitment had a big influence on me, and it’s what ultimately shaped my own path. Before becoming a counselor, I spent several years working in law enforcement, where I gained a deep appreciation for the resilience and complexity of people’s lives. That experience inspired me to return to school and focus on helping others in a different way.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 7 years experience working with adults, adolescents and families. I specialize in helping individuals with trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, substance abuse, co-dependency, self esteem, LGBTQ+, ADHD, social skills, anger management, grief and loss and relationship issues.
Nice to meet you! I am a social worker with over a decade of experience providing clinical care. I received my Master of Social Work from Hunter College and have completed post-graduate training in Sex Therapy with Ackerman Institute for the Family.
My experience is working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and neurodivergence, particularly at the intersection of relationships, gender, and sexual orientation. I work with all adult individuals and specialize in CNM and kink.
Are you a woman or a couple struggling with the deep impact of trauma, anxiety, or relationship stress? Do you hear that voice saying, "I'm not good enough; I don’t deserve happiness"? I want you to know those ingrained beliefs aren't facts! They are coping mechanisms that are now keeping you stuck. They're often just patterns learned in old relationships. I help women and couples move past old habits towards safe attachment and acceptance within. You have untapped inner strengths, and you absolutely can go from just coping to thriving and living a full-hearted life.
