I believe that everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, respected, and supported without judgement. Reaching out for help can feel vulnerable, and I honor the courage it takes to begin that process.
I bring a broad range of life and professional experiences to my work as a therapist. Over the years, I have supported individuals and families across medical settings, community mental health, and forensic social work environments. My background includes working with patients living with chronic illness, providing turnaround and crisis services to individuals in emergency room settings and supporting people navigating complex life circumstances within community and legal systems. I have also worked closely with immigrant communities, which has deepened my understanding of cultural identity, transition, and resilience.
In addition, I have extensive experience supporting children and families in educational settings, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. I have also served as a clinical supervisor, supporting the professional growth and development of other social workers.
These experiences have strengthened my belief that when people feel supported and understood, growth and healing are possible. Clients often appreciate my warm, grounded presence and my ability to listen deeply. I strive to create an environment where people feel comfortable exploring their experiences, especially when navigating stress, anxiety, family concerns, caregiving responsibilities or important life transitions.
