Hi! I am the founder of Liminality, a practice in NY and VA, specializing in narcissistic abuse recovery, breakup grief, and unresolved trauma, helping clients heal from limerence, love addiction, and deep attachment wounds. We work with high-achieving individuals who feel stuck in obsessive relationship patterns, cycles of longing, or difficulty letting go after toxic relationships. We believe meaningful growth begins with a clear vision for change—the desire to experience healthy love, lasting emotional stability, and a deeper connection to self. Whether you're recovering from emotional abuse, navigating heartbreak, or trying to break long-standing relational patterns, our work focuses on transforming how you relate to yourself and others. I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from The University of Pennsylvania. I am informed in EMDR, IFS, Attachment theory, Jungian shadow work, CBT, ACT, Somatic Havening, Complex Trauma, and Oxytocin and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy. Prior to counseling in the private practice realm, I interned at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in D.C. where I group counseled and provided addiction education to patients on every unit who fell under the anti-social spectrum and other personality disorders. I received a BA in English Language & Literature from Smith College and studied at Vassar College for my junior year away. I taught English, Creative Writing and Visual Art at numerous private schools throughout the East Coast. I received my MFA in Creative Writing with a concentration in Education from American University in D.C.
I have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and 22 years experience treating a range of difficulties with clients from all walks of life. I've narrowed my practice over the years to working strictly with adults and couples. While my postdoctoral work was focused on mood and anxiety issues, I have both training and experience with relationship issues, binge eating conditions, work/school stress, grief, and Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAT).
