We often underestimate past experiences' effect on our personality, self-image, and current relational patterns. Together, we will bridge gaps between the past and present and identify the patterns of behavior, coping, and interpersonal functioning that no longer serve you. My ideal client is someone who has been carrying a lot of anxiety that feels constant, sadness that lingers, or the impact of past experiences that still shape their day-to-day life. They may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. What they want most is to feel understood, supported, and capable of navigating life with more ease. They want relief from the weight they carry, but they also want to reconnect with their strengths, build confidence, and live in a way that feels authentic to them. My ideal client doesn’t need to have all the answers they just need the courage to take the first step.
I provide therapeutic support for children ages 4-18, Parenting support, and young adulthood (18-30 yrs old). I specialize in symptoms of anxiety, depression, oppositional behaviors, parenting strategies, trauma, ADHD, social anxieties, and major life transitions (family changes, going to college, and career changes). Therapies used include DBT, CBT, MATCH, TF-CBT, MST concepts, Parent Training Management, Motivational Interviewing, play therapy interventions, and talk/processing therapy.
