She trained at Northern Kentucky University in both medication management and psychotherapy. She is licensed to treat patients of all ages, from children and adolescents to adults and seniors.
Alexandra is a licensed clinical social worker based in NJ. Currently, Alexandra specializes in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders that result in low self-esteem, social phobias and unfulfilling relationships. Gianna L. Harris is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LCSW-C) in the state of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Delaware State University and her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh.
Gianna is the Chief Executive Officer and lead clinician for Gettin’ My Mind Right LLC. She previously worked with patients diagnosed with depression, anxiety, and Bipolar Disorder. She works with patients to increase self-awareness, self-love, manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, managing life transitions, goal setting, and learning how to improve interpersonal skills. Gianna’s patients have found success when they are motivated and open to learning new skills and utilizing the skills outside of therapy sessions.
Additionally, Gianna provides clinical supervision to aspiring clinicians seeking to obtain their LCSW, LMFT or LPC. Gianna currently works at a local university helping social work students find their internships.
Outside work, Gianna also attends a non-denominational church, spending time with family, particularly her sister and niece. She loves spending time with her nieces and friends, baking, painting, writing, traveling, enjoying the spa, and going to museums.
