I am passionate about working with people to understand and overcome things such as anxiety, depression, coping with issues relating to the Covid pandemic, anger and mitigating substance use.
I have been working in the mental health field for about 7 years. My goal is that each client leaves better than they came to my office .
My ideal client is someone who just needs someone to listen. This client is ready to identify problem areas in their life and plan for change. I work with woman ages 27-45 who are struggling with major transitions (planned or unplanned). This client wants to experience decreased symptoms of anxiety, and depression, and address self-esteem issues.
I utilize CBT, ACT, Person centered therapy and motivational interviewing techniques.
As a psychotherapist, I believe that a holistic approach is the key to building sustained happiness and resilience. Over the last decade, I have committed to an individualized collaborative approach toward wellness with a background as a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach.
Welcome! I'm excited to help you overcome self-doubt, manage work-related anxiety and stress, and navigate toxic or unaffirming work/academic environments. I specialize in working with Black professional women and students struggling with these areas and have been a therapist for 15 years.
In our process, as you work towards sharing whatever is on your mind, we listen, think, and feel together, paying attention to patterns that may echo your past and our broader sociopolitical context. We explore what may be difficult to think or feel through on your own—a process that can lead to deepened self-understanding, more curiosity, and new ways of relating with your internal and external worlds. This work can help you feel more spontaneous, more connected to yourself, to others, to your desires and fears, and can lead to new possibilities for intentional choices.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I have several years of experience working with teens and young adults, and I strive to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and easy to open up in - where you can truly feel heard and understood. My approach is warm and collaborative, and I’m here to help you build confidence and develop the tools you need to navigate whatever life brings your way.
For the past two decades, I have worked with adults and older adults who have experienced loss, chronic disease , and patients who have experienced significant loss and grief. I have experience working in a primary care setting and long term care; my goal is to support both your body and mind and find hope, guidance and validation.
I have professional and personal experience with many mental health issues. I only share what has worked for clients and me. I am curious and open to learning about everyone's unique culture and way of life.

Boston, MA | In-Person & Telehealth Sessions
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) with more than two decades of clinical experience helping adults navigate complex emotional, relational, and medical challenges. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Boston College and have dedicated my career to providing thoughtful, evidence-based care rooted in authenticity, compassion, and the belief that genuine change is possible at every stage of life.
My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, medical conditions, LGBTQ+ identity and relationships, grief and loss, end-of-life issues, and advanced care planning. My integrative approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and a Humanistic framework. I believe that movement is medicine, and that healing emerges through the mind–body connection — where awareness, purpose, and action intersect.
As a gay clinician, I am deeply committed to creating an affirming, inclusive space where clients can explore identity, relationships, and resilience with honesty and respect. I strive to help each person cultivate balance, clarity, and a renewed sense of possibility in their lives.

I have been working as a licensed clinical social worker for over 25 years. I meet each client where they are at. I have a non-judgmental, caring and empathetic approach when working with clients. I look forward to meeting and working with all those who want to change/understand their unique situations.
Welcome, I’m glad you’re here.
As a counselor, I believe that healing begins with being truly seen and heard. My approach is grounded in empathy, patience, and deep respect for every journey. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences openly and begin to find your way forward with understanding and compassion. With me, all emotions are valid- sarcasm, anger, fear, and tears are all welcome.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, grief in all its forms, new motherhood, life transitions, sex and relationship issues, confidence struggles, medical trauma, and the complex realities of caregiving- some of which I have personal experience with. These experiences can bring feelings of isolation, uncertainty, and exhaustion. Together, we’ll work to untangle those emotions, build resilience, and rediscover a sense of balance and purpose.
As an independently licensed LICSW, I bring years of experience and a calm, steady presence to my work. My practice is collaborative and person-centered. No person is the same and neither are the strategies and research-based methods I use with each client. We will work together to identify your goals, explore your strengths, and create a plan that amplifies YOU. I view therapy as a partnership built on trust and the belief that you have the capability to change your life with a little bit of guidance. I often use a blend of somatic approaches, Internal Family Systems, and a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I understand that life can be busy. I offer evening and weekend appointments to make support more accessible and convenient. Don't see a time that works for you? Just ask!
Change can be challenging, and healing often unfolds in its own time. You don’t have to walk that path alone. Together, we’ll work toward greater clarity, confidence, and well-being.
As a licensed independent clinical social worker, I believe in meeting clients where they are at and helping them to achieve their goals.
