Welcome! My name is Arianna. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I have extensive experience supporting teens and adults navigating anxiety, eating disorders, neurodivergence, and life adjustments. I provide a calm, grounded space to help you navigate your current chapter with clarity and purpose. I believe in helping individuals come to terms with their current circumstances while also supporting your capacity to pursue meaningful change and personal transformation.
Life can be difficult, but remember you have the power to change it. Your journey is not dictated by your circumstances but rather by how you interpret them and react to them. Over the years, I have helped may people change the direction of their lives. A little insight into your true feelings and emotions can help shift things for you in a major way. I have assisted with general stress from day-to-day life, anxiety, trauma, adhd , marital problems and achieving a work life balance.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LICSW) with over five years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges related to relationships, anxiety, stress, trauma, and depression. My background spans school settings, child and family services, and the medical field, allowing me to support clients across different life stages and experiences. I’ve worked with adolescents, emerging and middle-aged adults, older adults, and families from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, and sexual identity backgrounds. Whether I’m helping a couple rebuild trust, guiding a parent and child through conflict, or supporting someone coping with loss, I aim to create a space that feels accepting, grounded, and safe.
Many women of color carry trauma that was never given language, safety, or space to heal. You may appear strong and high-functioning on the outside, yet feel emotionally overwhelmed, hyper-alert, disconnected, or exhausted beneath the surface. If you’ve experienced childhood trauma, relational wounds, chronic stress, or emotionally unsafe environments, your nervous system may still be operating in survival mode. My work is centered on supporting women who are navigating trauma. I understand the cultural, generational, and systemic layers that often complicate healing, including the pressure to suppress emotions or “push through".
