Hi, my name is Sally Wilkinson, and I am an LCSW in the state of Illinois. One thing I would like my clients to know about me is that I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without pressure or judgement. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical. In our work together we will explore what is going on in your life while also building tools to help you cope, grow, and move forward. I value honesty, collaboration, and meeting you at your pace. My goal is to help you feel understood while also empowering you to make meaningful changes in your life.
I have over 20 years of experience in healthcare. My career began as a pharmacy technician, then as an emergency room nurse, and later supervising behavioral health units at Mercy St. Louis before becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. This background allows me to understand mental health from both medical and psychiatric perspectives.
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with extensive experience supporting individuals through a variety of mental health and life challenges. I currently provide therapy in outpatient settings and bring over 12 years of experience as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, helping individuals navigate career-related concerns. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Doctorate in Christian Counseling. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and life transitions, and I am committed to creating a supportive, respectful, and nonjudgmental space for every client.
I am a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with 35 years of experience. I am a caring and dedicated therapist who often goes the extra mile when it will assist a client. I highly value creative and artistic expression, and I help my clients tap into their strengths and passions. I am able to do this, in part, based on my rich background in humanities and the arts (literature and theatre, expository and creative writing, acting and directing, and music: creative fields in which I've directly participated and/or taught at the undergraduate and graduate level). Clients I work with especially well are curious, introspective, willing to dig deep, and interested in becoming more compassionate towards themselves and others. They aren't afraid to look at their feelings in the here-and-now of the therapeutic relationship.
Having worked in highly diverse settings and at multiple levels of care, (often with highly undeprivileged and stigmatized client, such as adolescent and sex offenders, inner-city alcoholics and substance abusers, and severely mentally-ill patients in psychiatric civil commitment ) I am able to help with a wide range of concerns, but some areas in which I am particularly skilled are major depression, bipolar disorder, adult ADHD, addictions, impulsive, compulsive, or excessively inhibited behavior, relationship issues, life crises, and the search for personal meaning.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience in behavioral therapy, case management, and patient advocacy across hospitals, community health centers, and government agencies. I enjoy working with and supporting underserved and diverse populations. I hold a Master of Social Work with a specialization in healthcare. I am currently transitioning to focus more on providing therapeutic support to individuals at a deeper, more personalized level.
Hello, I’m Sherri Larson, an LCPC who is passionate about helping people feel grounded, understood, and supported. I’ve worked with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship difficulties, and I value the resilience people bring to therapy.
As an artist and art therapist, I believe that creativity comes in many forms. It is my goal to help every individual create a peaceful home environment be it through art or therapy. Being a visual artist means being able to make simple shapes and lines and help them evolve into another form. Art therapy uses lines, shapes and colors to help one heal. How an individual choses to manipulate those various tools determines the final outcome.
I believe mental health care works best when it is collaborative, respectful, and personalized.
I'm Simone Shepardson, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with nearly two decades of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I've worked across a range of clinical settings — inpatient care, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient therapy — which has given me a deep understanding of how to meet clients wherever they are in their journey. I specialize in working with gifted populations, high-functioning autism, anxiety, ADHD, and family dynamics. I've served over 10 years on the board of the Illinois Association for Play Therapy and previously acted as a clinical advisor to the West Suburban Bipolar Group in DuPage County. Outside of my practice, I'm a professionally trained singer and musician, a dancer, and a devoted wife and mother. I bring my whole self — warmth, creativity, and genuine care — into the work I do with each client.
Hi, I’m Raven, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s complexities and move toward healing and growth. I believe in creating a warm, genuine connection where you feel safe, understood, and supported. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, I work alongside you to help you build insight, foster resilience, and make meaningful changes that enhance your overall well-being and quality of life.
If you’ve been carrying stress, trauma, or emotional weight that’s starting to show up in your thoughts, relationships, or daily life, it can be hard to know where to start. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and the impact of past experiences. You might notice yourself overthinking, feeling easily overwhelmed, shutting down emotionally, or reacting in ways that don’t quite make sense to you. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck but ready to better understand themselves and move forward in a different way.
