Background & Education I earned my Masters of Social Work from the Jane Addams College of Social Work, University of Illinois at Chicago. With over [25 years of experience in the field, my career has spanned community mental health, residential treatment, and private practice. This diverse background allows me to navigate complex clinical issues with a grounded, multi-faceted perspective.

Dr. Grant is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who completed her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. Her clinical specialties include working with Black women, teens, young adults, and marginalized groups, providing trauma-informed care, and offering psychological assessments to teens and adults. Dr. Grant is a racial/social justice advocate who has conducted research on racism, the media, and identity development in the Black community.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My areas of focus includes helping individuals move towards the path of mental health and wellness and my therapeutic techniques includes effective and evidence-based therapeutic approaches. My educational and background and professional experiences consist of a Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Missouri at Columbia, MO, along with 20 plus years in the field of social services working with a diverse population and settings.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe that prioritizing your mental health is among the most rewarding things you can do. Asking for help is never easy. With 9 years of experience working in the mental health field, I have enjoyed working with a diverse range of clients, with a particular focus on ADHD, trauma, and LGBTQ issues.
