I have been working as a therapist since 2008. I am very client-focused, allowing each child/youth I work with to guide treatment. I encourage parents to be active in the treatment process. I try my best to make therapy never feel like "therapy".
I specialize in working with adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, or the impact of difficult or traumatic experiences. Many of my clients are high‐achieving on the outside but exhausted inside. In therapy, you’ll find a supportive space where you don’t have to “hold it all together.” I am interactive and want you to feel comfortable opening up.

It’s exhausting when your own mind feels like a hurdle. Maybe you’re navigating intrusive thoughts that feel impossible to shut off, or you’re struggling to get things done and remember what’s important while your brain feels like it’s constantly misfiring. Perhaps you’re grieving a version of yourself that felt certain, watching the life you planned get derailed by chronic illness or the weight of a diagnosis you didn’t ask for. When your "to-do" list feels like a mountain and your past keeps creeping into your present, it’s easy to feel lost or, worse, dismissed by the people who are supposed to help.
