I am Francesca Anthony, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Empower Psychotherapy, offering online therapy sessions for adults throughout Florida via secure mental health telehealth services. With over 20 years of experience, I provide telehealth therapy for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, caregiver stress, and major life transitions. My approach is grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness Therapy, and is delivered through accessible and convenient online therapy in Florida.
I’m a licensed therapist with experience supporting teens, and adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and major life stressors. I value authenticity, connection, and meeting people where they are. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and not judged, just human.
Hi, I’m Jackie, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in trauma and anxiety. I work with adults who feel stuck in survival mode—struggling with chronic anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and constant overwhelm.
I specialize in childhood trauma, relationship trauma, and first-generation stress, and I bring my Latina background into my work with clients who are navigating cultural expectations, family pressure, and the emotional weight of being “the strong one.”
Using EMDR and nervous-system-based, trauma-informed approaches, I help you move beyond just understanding your experiences to actually calming your nervous system—so you can feel more grounded, present, and safe in your body, not just more self-aware.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pittsburgh. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and the Unified Protocol (UP).
I believe that meaningful therapy begins with feeling seen, understood, and safe, so I want to share a bit about who I am and how I work. I am currently a doctoral student in clinical psychology (PsyD), and I also hold a master’s degree in counseling. My training has included work in a variety of clinical settings, where I’ve had the opportunity to support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. At the core of my work is the belief that people are incredibly resilient, even when it doesn’t feel that way. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being your authentic self, while also gently challenging and supporting you toward growth.
