Hi! I'm Astrid, a dedicated nurse practitioner with over 17 years of healthcare experience, including 4 years in mental health.
I believe everyone deserves care that respects their entire being and honors the uniqueness of their life story.
My mission is to create a supportive and healing environment where mental health is approached holistically in a safe and judgment-free environment.
I am deeply committed to supporting individuals, especially women across the lifespan, from puberty and postpartum to perimenopause and beyond, as they navigate challenges, reclaim their power, and thrive.
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with a PsyD earned at Wright State University’s School of Professional Psychology (Dayton, Ohio). I specialize in Relationships, Trauma, and Identity development, but I work with clients on many other issues and concerns. I have worked in community health, college counseling, neuro-psych assessment, chemical dependency clinics, military mental health, county youth services, correctional facilities, and private behavioral health group practices.
Thank you for stopping by and for considering me to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and restoration.
Life can bring seasons of challenge, anxiety, family conflicts and relationship issues that leave us feeling weary. If you’re seeking a safe and compassionate space to process your concerns, strengthen your faith, and gain practical tools for daily living, I’m here to help.
As a Doctor of Marriage and Family Therapy and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, my approach is both clinically grounded and faith based, if requested —guided by the belief that true healing touches mind, body, and spirit.
I am a bilingual, trauma-informed clinician with a strong passion for supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging experiences. I was born in Lima, Peru, and immigrated to the United States at the age of 11. Growing up as the child of a single mother in rural communities, I developed resilience, adaptability, and a deep understanding of the immigrant experience—perspectives that continue to shape my compassionate and culturally responsive approach to care.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Liberty University, where I graduated in the top 5% of my class and received multiple academic honors. I went on to obtain my Advanced Clinical Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I gained extensive experience in case management, domestic violence, and trauma-focused care.
My clinical career began in inpatient settings, where I worked as a social worker providing support to individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges. I later advanced into leadership roles, serving as a Lead Therapist and now as a Clinical Manager for inpatient services. These roles have allowed me to deepen my expertise in crisis stabilization, interdisciplinary collaboration, and clinical supervision.
I specialize in working with trauma and PTSD, including childhood and complex trauma. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals with mood and thought disorders such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and psychosis. I am passionate about providing psychoeducation and empowering clients with the tools and understanding they need to navigate their mental health.
I’m Jen DiGianni, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults through individual, family, and couples therapy. I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and women’s mental health concerns, including postpartum anxiety and depression.
I believe that the strength and confidence you’re looking for already exist within you. My role is to help you uncover those strengths and build the tools needed to manage life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
Beverly Soutas works with individuals (8yo and up)and couples, using a client-centered, solution-focused framework. She is experienced in supporting clients in the areas of anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, trauma, adoption-related issues, faith transitions, and CNM as well as those simply seeking personal growth.
I am an experienced trauma resolution clinician and feel so honored to practice as a therapist. My approach centers around meeting you where you are, understanding what you would like to see shift or experience in a new way, and cultivate a path to your recovery.
I am a spiritually integrated clinician and provide a space for you to access your highest self. I recognize both substance and process addictions as a means of outdated coping. Fostering new ways to cope that honor you and your recovery path is central to my practice. Achieving safety and stability internally through the healing of attachment wounds and increasing internal recognition of worth is a byproduct of this process. Move from surviving to thriving.
My intention is to provide a judgment-free space where we can talk about what is going on and collaborate to move forwards in the best way possible. I am flexible in my approach to counseling, and I tailor my counseling style based on the needs of each person I work with. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients (age, gender, concerns, etc.) and I am passionate about what I do. I am into fitness and healthy lifestyle, and I support my clients with creating their own foundation of wellness.
