If you’re feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to break, whether that’s anxiety, relationship conflict, or substance use, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re carrying stress, anger, or past experiences that keep showing up in your daily life. Therapy can be a space to slow things down, understand what’s driving these patterns, and start making changes that actually stick.
I’m Socorro Ramirez, and I’ve spent over 20 years supporting adults through depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. I specialize in helping people who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in negative patterns, or disconnected from themselves or others. As a bilingual therapist, I offer sessions in both English and Spanish and am deeply committed to creating a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling truly seen.
