I am a clinical psychologist driven by a deep sense of empathy and a genuine curiosity about human behavior and the motivations that shape our lives. I strive to create a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood without judgment. My approach is grounded in authenticity, both in how I show up and in how I support others in reconnecting with their own genuine selves. I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding, and I am committed to walking alongside each person as they explore their experiences, build insight, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
My career began in 1997 as an AmeriCorps member working in harm reduction during the peak of new HIV infections. Since then, I've held many roles as a proud social worker. I have been a therapist for 18 years, with extensive training & experience in harm reduction therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. I have lived experience with mental health challenges and treatment

I earned my Master’s Degree in Psychology–Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University and have worked across multiple levels of care, including serving as Clinical Director of a psychiatric treatment facility.
I currently work with adults and couples ages 18–80 who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and patterns that can leave people feeling stuck. My goal is to help clients understand what’s getting in the way of the life they want and support them in building the skills and confidence needed to move forward.
I am a licensed clinician offering individual counseling services in-person or via telehealth for adults, adolescents, and children. I earned my master's degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. My experience includes working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds across a variety of settings, including integrated behavioral health and primary care.
I offer a judgment-free, therapeutically-safe space for individuals, couples, and families. My approach to healing is based on the understanding that each client is special and has a distinctive personal experience and story to tell.
I believe in empowering people through a strength-based approach to therapy. I specialize in psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD, eating disorders and substances use issues.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and you don’t have to do it alone. I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can feel heard, supported, and free to be yourself.
