Hi folks! My name is Sam, and as a LCSW and therapist, I want everyone to feel safe, supported, and empowered while in my care. Seeking therapy is an important but challenging first step in a personal journey to growth, so I'm so glad you're here! I've worked with folks 13 and over for several years, and have experience with people experiencing personality disorders, domestic violence, life transitions, autism, anxiety, and depression.
I am a licensed mental health counselor with over 22 years of experience serving individuals and families in Florida. I serve those seeking to improve their mental health and well-being.
I hold an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University and a BA in Social Work from Grambling State University. She is credentialed with advanced certifications, including LMHC, MCAP, Qualified Supervisor, Forensic Mental Health Evaluator, and EMDR. Her career has spanned diverse settings such as schools, community organizations, and correctional facilities, including positions with the School District of Indian River County, BetterHelp, Wexford Health, and Corizon Health.
Hi there! I am licensed in Florida (LMHC) and New Mexico (LPCC) and have a Masters in Marriage Family Therapy. I love working with individual clients and creating a safe space. I primarily see college students or adult women presenting with trauma, relational issues, boundary issues or anxiety disorders. I believe the therapeutic fit and the therapeutic relationship is essential to successful therapy.
Many people come to therapy not because something is "wrong" with them, but because they're ready for something different. I believe that most people who seek support aren't broken, they're brave. They've decided that something needs to shift, and they're willing to do the work to get there.
Whether you're navigating past trauma, breaking patterns that no longer serve you, or working through negative self-talk, you don't have to figure it out alone.
I'm Joanna Saint Jacques, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children and adults across a range of life experiences. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative. We work together to explore what's holding you back and create space for real, lasting change.
I love to learn what has shaped others' lives and how this has impacted their living. Together we can explore life challenges and opportunities for growth or healing.
I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Lifespan Development and a minor in Child and Family Development from Georgia Southern University, and went on to complete my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Florida.
My background includes working with children, teens, and families in both educational and therapeutic settings, as well as most recently supporting individuals and groups in addiction and recovery programs. I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) through Florida Atlantic University and integrate evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and strengths-based strategies. My clinical interests include supporting clients through persistent depression and anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, and identity exploration. I also welcome partners and families into therapy, believing that healing and growth often take shape within our most important relationships.
Unconditional positive regard means being accepted and supported—no matter what. In a world where this kind of acceptance can feel rare, our work together can be a space where you feel truly seen and valued. I offer a compassionate, judgment-free environment where you can connect more deeply with yourself and others.
I work with clients navigating a wide range of experiences, including infertility, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and transitions into and through parenthood. I also provide infertility consultations as requested by fertility clinics and doctors, following ASRM guidelines, to support individuals and couples using donor conception or gestational carriers.
You deserve a space to reflect, process, and reconnect with your inner strength. Whether you're grappling with uncertainty, grief, or simply seeking clarity, my goal is to walk alongside you with care and authenticity. If you're ready to deepen your connection with yourself and others, I would be honored to support you.
