Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I wake up every day excited to see my clients find the best versions of themselves. Free from the impact of trauma, depression, and anxiety. I meet clients where they are at and engage them in effective tools such as Brainspotting, CBT, and Gestalt therapy. I've worked with individuals, couples, and teens with great success and I'm eager to walk with you to your freedom.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 10 years of experience in various mental health roles supporting teens, adults, and families through stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative—therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. I use a mix of approaches like CBT, trauma-focused care, DBT skills, mindfulness, solution-focused work, family systems, and humanistic therapy, tailoring sessions to what actually works for you. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and more confident navigating real-life challenges.
As a first-generation Latina, breaking generational stigma around mental health is deeply important to me. I’m passionate about providing culturally responsive care that honors identity, family values, and lived experience while creating safe space for healing and growth.
Hola! I'm happy that you're here looking for the support you deserve. I use an integrative approach to incorporate various therapeutic modalities to meet your unique needs. I have an extensive history of working with trauma, depression, life transitions, cultural identity issues, self esteem building and relationship issues.
I’m a therapist who believes that healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and centered on helping you understand yourself more deeply so you can create meaningful, lasting change.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and clinical director of a non-profit organization. I have a BA, MA, and Ed.D. in Counseling Psychology. My passion is meeting people where they are but not leaving them there. I believe in authenticity which includes acknowledging the good, the bad, and the ugly. My motto is, Life will bring us stressors, but it doesn't have to bring us stress.
I provide trauma-informed, attachment-focused therapy for adults. Many relational struggles are not character flaws. They are adaptations- ways you learned to survive, stay connected, or protect yourself. Together, we slow down enough to understand those adaptations and gently shift what no longer serves you. This work is intentional. It requires honesty, curiosity, and a willingness to look beneath the surface. And it creates lasting change.
I work with women of color who are tired of always being the strong one. If you’re carrying old wounds that still feel fresh, stuck in patterns that don’t even feel like yours, or wondering when it’s finally your turn to be cared for; I’m here for that. You won’t have to code-switch with me. Let’s set down the masks you wear just to move through the day.
In this space, you get to be fully seen--the soft parts, the angry parts, the parts you’ve hidden just to keep the peace. All of you is welcome here. Together, we’ll make room for the messy, the painful, and the hopeful parts of your story, at a pace that feels right for you. Healing doesn’t have to be perfect; it just has to start with a space where you’re safe to be real.

Hello! It takes courage to reach out for help and I am so glad you are here. I am passionate about supporting women, parents, children and families. I have worked at several outpatient clinics and schools in the past and I will guide you with compassion, no matter what season of life you may be in.
My journey to becoming a therapist began years before I attended college. From an early age, I found myself listening to others and offering suggestions. I have spent many years working with individuals in various capacities. Once I began my career, it was clear that the helping profession was the right fit, as I enjoy working with people. I consider it a privilege to work with clients who choose to open up and share some of the most difficult and painful parts of their lives with me. I am often reminded of why I do this work each time I meet a client and I hear their story and learn how they have coped. I am in awe of how resilient people are in the midst of their storms. My education to become a therapist includes obtaining a Masters degree in clinical social work as well as a license in clinical social work. In addition, I hold a doctorate in education which allows me to integrate my clinical expertise along with psychoeducation into my practice.
As a board-certified adult psychiatric nurse practitioner, I provide medication management and supportive therapy to treating a variety of life challenges.
