I’m a New York based double board-certified psychiatrist with over 20 years of experience helping adults manage depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based care. I take time to understand your symptoms, background, and goals to create a personalized treatment plan that fits your life. I completed my medical training at the University of Mumbai, followed by residency at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn and a fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio. My background includes work at institutions such as the Cleveland Clinic, NYU Langone, and currently New York-Presbyterian, where I serve as Unit Chief and an Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medicine.
